• Any errors caused by incorrect data provided are the full responsibility of the buyer.

3. Payment

• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made using the methods available on the Topup Storm website.
• Transactions are considered valid once payment has been confirmed.

4. Top-Up Process

• The diamond top-up process usually takes 1–30 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Delays caused by game server issues or third-party disruptions are beyond Topup Storm’s responsibility.

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for successfully processed transactions.
• Refunds are only granted if diamonds are not delivered within 24 hours and the issue originates from Topup Storm.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or game publisher policy-violating activities.

Violations may result in service termination without any refund.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Topup Storm reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
